Se trata del <strong>rem\u00e1rketing.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Puede resultar un t\u00e9rmino extra\u00f1o, pero en cuanto empecemos a describirlo os dar\u00e9is cuenta de que parte del sentido com\u00fan m\u00e1s b\u00e1sico. El rem\u00e1rketing<strong> consiste en establecer un feedback con el cliente, <\/strong>peo no s\u00f3lo con aqu\u00e9l que nos compra con asiduidad, sino, m\u00e1s importante a\u00fan, <strong>con el que ha entrado, nos ha visitado quiz\u00e1s a fondo, pero no se ha decidido a comprar<\/strong>. Los motivos para esto pueden ser muy diversos: tal vez entr\u00f3 en nuestra tienda para sondear y comparar precios, quiz\u00e1s se le olvid\u00f3 finalizar la compra o decidi\u00f3 dejarla para otro momento\u2026 En todo caso, es importante que intentemos<strong> rescatar a esos clientes. <\/strong>Muchos pertenecer\u00e1n al primer grupo que hemos mencionado (el que navega por numerosos sitios hasta encontrar el que m\u00e1s le interesa), y es posible que no se vean influidos por las t\u00e9cnicas de rem\u00e1rketing. Pero puede que otros hayan tenido un inter\u00e9s real en nuestra p\u00e1gina, aunque haya sido de manera transitoria. En nuestra mano est\u00e1 el<strong> \u201ctirar\u201d de ellos y potenciar nuestra imagen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1779\" title=\"carro\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.urbecom.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/carro.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.urbecom.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/carro.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.urbecom.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/carro-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Algunas de las t\u00e9cnicas de rem\u00e1rketing las podemos implementar a la hora de <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/urbecom.com\" target=\"_blank\">crear una tienda<\/a><\/strong>. Por ejemplo, mediante el uso de <strong>Google Ad-words. <\/strong>Si un usuario pincha en un enlace de este tipo pero no llega a adquirir el producto, Ad-words, de manera autom\u00e1tica,<strong> crea un perfil<\/strong> con las preferencias de dicho usuario. Google utiliza esto, como sabemos, para mostrar anuncios orientados al perfil concreto. En nuestro caso, debemos manejar esto con cuidado para <strong>evitar caer en el spam<\/strong>, cuyo efecto puede ser justo el contrario del que queremos conseguir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para los clientes que a\u00f1aden productos a su carro de la compra pero no finalizan la transacci\u00f3n, existe la t\u00e9cnica del <strong>\u201ccarrito abandonado\u201d:<\/strong> se les env\u00eda una notificaci\u00f3n record\u00e1ndoles el pedido no finalizado, e incluso, en ocasiones, ofreci\u00e9ndoles alg\u00fan descuento para motivarles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n podemos emplear <strong>newsletters <\/strong>para notificar los <strong>cambios en los productos <\/strong>que el cliente ha visitado (es algo que se ve a menudo en Ebay); es \u00fatil cuando se reponen las unidades, por ejemplo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hay m\u00faltiples posibilidades diferentes; muchas de ellas dependen de nuestra creatividad.
