Coincidiendo con la importante reestructuraci\u00f3n que Google est\u00e1 realizando en todos sus servicios (recordemos que hace poco ech\u00f3 el cierre a su sistema de microblogging <a href=\"http:\/\/www.urbecom.com\/blog\/google-cierre-\u2026redes-sociales\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Buzz<\/strong><\/a>, y ha anunciado importantes mejoras e implementaciones en su gran apuesta <strong>Google +<\/strong>), hace algunos d\u00edas se a\u00f1adi\u00f3 una nueva e interesante funcionalidad a Analytics: <strong>Flow Visualization<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se trata de una funci\u00f3n presentada en el pasado evento<strong> Web 2.0<\/strong>, en San Francisco, concretamente el 19 de este mes. Como su nombre nos da a entender, sirve para medir el<strong> flujo de tr\u00e1fico en nuestra web<\/strong>. No s\u00f3lo a <strong>nivel entrante<\/strong>, sino <strong>entre las diferentes secciones<\/strong> de la misma. Puede sernos especialmente \u00fatil en el contexto del <strong>e-commerce<\/strong>, ya que nos servir\u00e1 como una especie de \u201cencuesta silenciosa\u201d: sabremos cu\u00e1les son los productos de nuestro cat\u00e1logo que m\u00e1s se buscan o se compran, y cu\u00e1les los que tienen menos \u00e9xito o cuentan con un p\u00fablico minoritario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Flow Visualization nos muestra estos datos de dos maneras:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>-Visitors Flow:<\/strong> b\u00e1sicamente, lo que ya hemos comentado anteriormente. Gracias a esta opci\u00f3n veremos, en primer lugar, <strong>de qu\u00e9 forma llega el usuario a nuestra tienda<\/strong>, y en segundo lugar <strong>por qu\u00e9 enlaces<\/strong> navega dentro de la misma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.urbecom.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/flowvis.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1885\" title=\"flowvis\" src=\"http:\/\/www.urbecom.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/flowvis.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"454\" height=\"307\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.urbecom.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/flowvis.jpg 757w, https:\/\/www.urbecom.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/flowvis-300x202.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 454px) 100vw, 454px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>-Goal Flow:<\/strong> aqu\u00ed se nos mostrar\u00e1n los datos de flujo y navegaci\u00f3n <strong>en funci\u00f3n de unos objetivos <\/strong>que hemos de fijar con anterioridad en nuestro perfil. Asimismo, podremos observar <strong>el comportamiento de los usuarios <\/strong>a trav\u00e9s de la p\u00e1gina (por ejemplo, si han rellenado campos de registro, si han hecho amagos de compra o finalizado alguna de ellas, etc.).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tanto en un caso como en otro, la forma de presentaci\u00f3n de los datos es muy visual; veremos un <strong>diagrama <\/strong>en el que se nos mostrar\u00e1 mediante l\u00edneas la <strong>evoluci\u00f3n <\/strong>de ambos aspectos.
