Los medios convencionales de comercio se caracterizaban por una din\u00e1mica unilateral, donde el vendedor se afanaba en enumerar las caracter\u00edsticas de un art\u00edculo a un solo consumidor. A la larga, esto s\u00f3lo impacientaba al p\u00fablico, y eventualmente cancelaba toda posibilidad de concretar la venta.<\/p>\n<p>Cualquier actividad humana est\u00e1 cimentada en la comunicaci\u00f3n y el entendimiento, y el comercio no esta exento de estos factores. Por el contrario, la mercadotecnia, por medio de su estrecha vinculaci\u00f3n con la publicidad, es ya una forma de establecer contacto y entendimiento entre las personas, incluso entre habitantes de lugares remotos, gracias a la red. No existe un art\u00edculo a la venta que no est\u00e9 enfocado a solventar el requerimiento de un sector de consumidores. Por consiguiente, en la medida en que identifiquemos estas necesidades, podremos satisfacerlas con la venta de nuestros productos. Pero como hemos comentado anteriormente, los m\u00e9todos ortodoxos de mercadotecnia, a pesar de que te\u00f3ricamente abordan esta necesidad, no contemplan a los medios materiales para llevarlo a la pr\u00e1ctica.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, la irrupci\u00f3n de los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n virtual, como Internet, han modificado esta circunstancia. Hoy por hoy, gracias a la red, no s\u00f3lo es posible entender lo que el cliente solicita, sino que adem\u00e1s, se puede manejar un intercambio de perspectivas de manera continua, con los consumidores y as\u00ed trabajar nuestra producci\u00f3n de acuerdo a lo que soliciten.<\/p>\n<h3>Comunicaci\u00f3n fruct\u00edfera<\/h3>\n<p>Se trata de mantener un v\u00ednculo con los consumidores, un contacto amigable, abierto y atento. \u00c9sta es una ventaja enorme que s\u00f3lo Internet  puede brindar a los emprendedores que utilizan sus posibilidades comerciales. Los mecanismos usuales de ventas siempre buscaron como meta lo que Internet desde un inicio nos facilita: un medio sencillo y econ\u00f3mico de estrechar v\u00ednculos con los consumidores. Y \u00e9sta es s\u00f3lo una ventaja parcial: los alcances de la interactividad son insospechados, y al cabo de cierto tiempo, se podr\u00e1n realizar visitas virtuales, en tres dimensiones, a tiendas online.<\/p>\n<p>Los flujos de informaci\u00f3n proporcionados al consumidor ser\u00e1n tan valiosos como el propio producto. El tren del comercio del nuevo milenio est\u00e1 a punto de partir.
