{"id":4677,"date":"2012-08-20T13:48:11","date_gmt":"2012-08-20T18:48:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.urbecom.com\/blog\/?p=4677"},"modified":"2012-08-20T13:49:44","modified_gmt":"2012-08-20T18:49:44","slug":"atencion-al-cliente-online","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.urbecom.com\/blog\/atencion-al-cliente-online\/","title":{"rendered":"Atenci\u00f3n al cliente online"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cuando se tiene una<strong> tienda online<\/strong> sabes que la atenci\u00f3n al cliente no puede ser una atenci\u00f3n f\u00edsica, es decir, no puedes tener al cliente cara a cara para explicarle lo que no entiende sino que tu respuesta ha de ser a trav\u00e9s de internet, bien por un chat, por un correo electr\u00f3nico o por otros medios que tengas en la tienda.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-4680\" title=\"imagen3\" src=\"http:\/\/www.urbecom.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/imagen3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"343\" height=\"330\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.urbecom.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/imagen3.jpg 343w, https:\/\/www.urbecom.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/imagen3-300x288.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 343px) 100vw, 343px\" \/>A la hora de <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.urbecom.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">crear tienda online<\/a><\/strong> has de determinar este aspecto muy bien porque, quieras o no, se van a plantear dudas a la hora de comprar productos y, si les das a los clientes un medio de comunicaci\u00f3n contigo y les atiendes con educaci\u00f3n y sin\u00a0 sonar prepotente o antip\u00e1tico, sin duda quedar\u00e1n muy satisfechos. No te digo que vayan a comprarte siempre, porque eso no se sabe, pero s\u00ed te puedo decir que siempre es mejor crear una buena impresi\u00f3n, aunque no compren, que no una mala. Con la buena puede ser que ese cliente regrese en otro momento y compre. Con una mala experiencia evitar\u00e1 tu tienda.<\/p>\n<h3>C\u00f3mo atender al cliente online<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Tratar al cliente online<\/strong> no es igual que a un cliente f\u00edsico. Primero porque t\u00fa no est\u00e1s a su lado y no puedes informarle y explicarle lo que no entiende. \u00bfEntonces? Todo, absolutamente todo has de darlo por escrito. Y no solo eso, sino que has de escribirlo en un lenguaje ameno, explicando paso a paso para que pueda entenderlo ya sea una persona ducha en temas de internet, o una que el ordenador no es algo que coja mucho (creedme, hay personas as\u00ed). No has de perder la paciencia nunca, has de ir paso a paso y, si se pierde, entonces volver atr\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>El tiempo que le dedicas a los clientes<strong> no es tiempo perdido,<\/strong> al contrario, es aprovechado porque si el cliente queda satisfecho, y compra, te recomendar\u00e1 a sus amigos, as\u00ed que al final saldr\u00e1s ganando. Si es cierto que algunos clientes pueden ser m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles, pero para eso siempre piensa que has de tratarlos como si no supieran nada; para ti ese conocimiento ya est\u00e1 dentro de tu mente pero no para ellos, y han de conocerlo, as\u00ed que te conviertes en una especie de profesor.<\/p>\n<p>Eso s\u00ed, ni tratarlos como si fueran tontos ni tampoco ser demasiado lejanos en el trato. Muchas veces he preguntado en tiendas online y me he sentido de uno de esos modos. Lo importante es <strong>empatizar<\/strong>.
