Es cierto que hay<strong> tiendas online<\/strong> que suben como la espuma (ah\u00ed est\u00e1 el caso de <strong>FNAC<\/strong> o <strong>Amazon<\/strong>, la gran triunfadora de estas navidades en materia de <strong>e-commerce<\/strong>), pero basta con navegar durante un rato no demasiado largo para encontrarnos tambi\u00e9n el ejemplo contrario: multitud de p\u00e1ginas abandonadas, con poco stock, que no pueden hacer frente a las poderosas y terminan fracasando. \u00bfCu\u00e1l es realmente la tendencia general?, podemos preguntarnos. \u00bfEstamos acertando al abrir una <strong>tienda online<\/strong>?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No debemos asustarnos si ya tenemos la decisi\u00f3n tomada. La respuesta es afirmativa. Por mucho que se trate de un terreno con una dura competencia, que exige una atenci\u00f3n constante a nivel de m\u00e1rketing y de difusi\u00f3n, las <strong>tiendas online<\/strong> son cada vez m\u00e1s apreciadas por los consumidores. La comodidad es su principal baza, como sabemos, y tambi\u00e9n la expansi\u00f3n de las comunicaciones: ahora podemos conectarnos a Internet con mucha m\u00e1s facilidad y a velocidades mayores que hace algunos a\u00f1os. Y conectarse significa, entre otras muchas cosas, comprar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.urbecom.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/ecommerce620.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-5109\" title=\"ecommerce620\" src=\"http:\/\/www.urbecom.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/ecommerce620.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"496\" height=\"208\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.urbecom.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/ecommerce620.png 620w, https:\/\/www.urbecom.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/ecommerce620-300x125.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 496px) 100vw, 496px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>comercio electr\u00f3nico,<\/strong> como el<strong> m\u00e1rketing online<\/strong> en general, est\u00e1 al alza. Una reciente encuesta realizada por la empresa Survey-Lab recoge los h\u00e1bitos de los compradores por Internet en Europa, y pone de manifiesto que hay tres tipos de producto que se buscan fundamentalmente en una <strong>tienda online:<\/strong> la ropa (de personas adultas sobre todo), los viajes y los productos de ocio como libros, m\u00fasica, tickets&#8230; El primero en la lista no sorprende a nadie, desde luego. En cuanto a los viajes, tambi\u00e9n es de sobra conocido que en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os las agencias tur\u00edsticas f\u00edsicas est\u00e1n desapareciendo en masa para convertirse en oficinas exclusivamente virtuales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cuando se pregunt\u00f3 a las personas entrevistadas por Survey-Lab si planeaban continuar comprando en <strong>tiendas online<\/strong> e incluso incrementar su actividad, al menos una de cada cuatro indic\u00f3 que s\u00ed. El estudio, por tanto, no hace sino refrendar una realidad que tenemos muy presente y que vemos a diario.
