En el mundo de Internet solemos movernos de un sitio a otro constantemente, siempre buscando las mejores ofertas y navegando por mil y una p\u00e1ginas diferentes hasta que localizamos la que nos da aquello que busc\u00e1bamos. Pero siempre hay alguna <strong>tienda online,<\/strong> inevitablemente, que nos llama m\u00e1s que otra, y que termina incorpor\u00e1ndose a nuestros favoritos en el navegador. Si queremos que nuestra <strong>tienda online<\/strong> cause este efecto, tenemos numerosas herramientas para ello que debemos saber aprovechar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Naturalmente, el aspecto externo, el cat\u00e1logo, la forma de hacer <em>check-out<\/em>&#8230; son aspectos b\u00e1sicos que hemos de cuidar en nuestra <strong>tienda online<\/strong>, y de los que ya hemos hablado en m\u00e1s de una ocasi\u00f3n. Pero tenemos otros m\u00e1s relacionados con la post-venta o con la satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente. Por ejemplo, la posibilidad de ofrecer puntos como remuneraci\u00f3n por las compras, que despu\u00e9s puedan ser canjeados por descuentos o incluso por premios (no es m\u00e1s que una traslaci\u00f3n de algo que muchos negocios f\u00edsicos hacen desde hace d\u00e9cadas, por ejemplo).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.urbecom.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/online-eng.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5130\" title=\"online-eng\" src=\"http:\/\/www.urbecom.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/online-eng.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"289\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.urbecom.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/online-eng.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.urbecom.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/online-eng-300x144.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo recomendable, si queremos que estrategias de fidelizaci\u00f3n como \u00e9sta tengan total visibilidad en nuestra <strong>tienda online<\/strong>, es darles publicidad a trav\u00e9s de <em>newsletter<\/em>, en primer lugar (sin caer en el spam). Otra opci\u00f3n es la de crear un microsite aparte de la propia p\u00e1gina web, en el que se destaque claramente cu\u00e1les son las ventajas que podemos obtener con los puntos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otro lado, la caducidad de las ofertas tambi\u00e9n puede ser un punto a favor que llame la atenci\u00f3n de los clientes. Si los puntos para nuestra <strong>tienda online<\/strong> terminan en una fecha determinada, puede ser un aliciente para que los usuarios vuelvan y busquen algo que comprar, con tal de aprovecharlos. Del mismo modo, es importante en este caso que hagamos un recordatorio por medio de correo electr\u00f3nico (si hemos habilitado esa opci\u00f3n).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aunque menos empleada, porque puede confundirse a menudo con el spam, la estrategia de ofrecer premios a cambio de puntos tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 presente en muchas <strong>tiendas online.<\/strong> En este caso, no deber\u00edamos extender demasiado el tiempo de duraci\u00f3n: se recomienda que oscile entre tres y seis meses.
