El boca a boca seguir\u00e1 siendo nuestra mejor herramienta, no s\u00f3lo en nuestros primeros pasos sino, debemos tenerlo claro, en todo momento. Es algo que sabemos e intuimos por sentido com\u00fan y por nuestro uso diario de Internet, pero que en los \u00faltimos d\u00edas ha quedado refrendado por un nuevo estudio al respecto, el llamado <em><strong>State of the Art del WOM en Espa\u00f1a.<\/strong> <\/em>Ha sido encargado por <strong>Target Empirica y BTTW,<\/strong> y nos da datos muy interesantes para entender c\u00f3mo funciona la actitud de nuestros compradores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El estudio se centra en los tres \u00faltimos meses (ha salido a la luz en marzo), fechas clave porque, tras los regalos de Reyes, las compras online pueden tender a resentirse. No obstante, los datos indican que no se paraliza en absoluto, aunque evidentemente pueda notarse un descenso. Tres de cada cuatro usuarios habituales de<strong> tiendas online<\/strong> reconocen que el factor que m\u00e1s influye en ellos a la hora de decidirse por la compra de un producto es la recomendaci\u00f3n de otros usuarios. Evidentemente, contar con una opini\u00f3n de primera mano nos da mucha m\u00e1s confianza en aquello que queremos adquirir, ya sea un producto o un servicio. En primer lugar, es importante que habilitemos una opci\u00f3n para que nuestros clientes puedan dejar sus comentarios y valorar el producto con la mayor libertad posible. Por otra parte, tambi\u00e9n debemos fomentar el debate en redes sociales: instar a nuestros seguidores a que nos den su opini\u00f3n, por ejemplo, sobre los productos estrella de una temporada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aunque se habla mucho de que las redes sociales han terminado con los<strong> foros de debate,<\/strong> siguen siendo una de las opciones m\u00e1s buscadas por los consumidores a la hora de encontrar opiniones objetivas o ayuda con alg\u00fan problema.
