Los anuncios en Facebook siguen teniendo mucha importancia (prueba de ello es que cada vez nos den m\u00e1s facilidades para configurarlos a nuestro gusto), y desde ahora tambi\u00e9n nos ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s sencillo encontrar a los usuarios adecuados, que puedan interesarse por nuestra <strong>tienda online<\/strong> gracias a su herramienta de <strong>p\u00fablicos personalizados.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La idea es simple y se encuentra recogida en su mismo nombre: bas\u00e1ndose en la informaci\u00f3n que proporciona la funci\u00f3n <em><strong>custom audiences,<\/strong> <\/em>testeada por Facebook desde hace ya varios meses, podemos localizar esas audiencias que encajan con lo que busca nuestra <strong>tienda online<\/strong>. Se trata de un sistema de segmentaci\u00f3n que no es nuevo, sino propio tanto del<strong> m\u00e1rketing online<\/strong> como del m\u00e1s tradicional. Desde las encuestas hasta el nurturing, a lo largo de las d\u00e9cadas se ha buscado localizar a esos compradores potenciales de la manera m\u00e1s certera posible. Las redes sociales, y especialmente Facebook, donde las personas vuelcan sus apetencias, filias y aficiones, son el terreno perfecto para que la segmentaci\u00f3n se lleve a cabo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.urbecom.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Facebook-custom-audience.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-5264\" title=\"Facebook-custom-audience\" src=\"http:\/\/www.urbecom.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Facebook-custom-audience.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"466\" height=\"306\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No s\u00f3lo el perfil de los usuarios ser\u00e1 tenido en cuenta en el sistema de p\u00fablicos personalizados de Facebook: tambi\u00e9n los datos demogr\u00e1ficos, que permitir\u00e1n mostrar anuncios de inter\u00e9s tambi\u00e9n en funci\u00f3n de la zona de residencia (muy \u00fatil en caso de que nuestra <strong>tienda online<\/strong> no suministre pedidos fuera de unos l\u00edmites determinados, o tambi\u00e9n para promocionar nuestro negocio f\u00edsico a\u00f1adido). Podemos establecer filtros para elegir hasta d\u00f3nde llegar en este sentido: por similitud geogr\u00e1fica, o bien intentando abarcar el mayor espectro posible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una de las ventajas que tiene esta herramienta, como hemos comentado, radica en la posibilidad de ayudarnos a crear comunidad para nuestra <strong>tienda online.<\/strong> Puede que los anuncios no cumplan el efecto inmediato que nos gustar\u00eda, pero pueden contribuir a llamar la atenci\u00f3n de personas interesadas, que pueden convertirse \u00a0posteriormente, aunque tarden m\u00e1s tiempo, en consumidores. El feedback, las promociones, la creaci\u00f3n de debate&#8230; son m\u00e9todos que, poco a poco, ir\u00e1n convirtiendo ese inter\u00e9s en compra real.
