Es cierto que el crecimiento del comercio electr\u00f3nico existe, cada vez hay m\u00e1s sitios que venden en Internet, pero no es tan elevado como cabr\u00eda esperar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Es mejor fidelizar a los clientes que captar nuevos clientes. Es cierto que fidelizar a los clientes es una buena clave para mantener el buen funcionamiento de la tienda online, pero para conseguir el crecimiento de la web tambi\u00e9n hay que saber captar nuevos clientes. Lo ideal es dedicar esfuerzos a ambas cosas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>El ecommerce ha de ser un negocio separado de lo que es la empresa, ya que son cosas distintas. Es verdad que una de las principales motivaciones de las personas para comprar en Internet es para conseguir precios m\u00e1s econ\u00f3micos, pero no la \u00fanica. Y es m\u00e1s, en ocasiones ni si quiera es esa. Puede ser la comodidad de la compra online, la posibilidad de comprar aunque los horarios de trabajo que se tienen son muy irregulares, la rapidez de los env\u00edos, la posibilidad de acceder a un mayor cat\u00e1logo de productos, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Yo no puedo hacer una tienda online, no s\u00e9 hacerla. Cualquiera puede hacer su propio negocio en Internet incluso sin tener muchos conocimientos. Los conocimientos se adquieren, y adem\u00e1s se puede contar con el apoyo de otras personas para ello.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Las compras por Internet no son seguras, y por eso los usuarios no compran. S\u00ed hay muchas personas que compran en Internet, y muchas de ellas ya saben diferenciar lo que es seguro de lo que no. Tan s\u00f3lo hay que comprar en sitios de confianza y utilizar pago seguro (como pasarela de pago, Paypal y otros).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Vender es la \u00fanica clave de los comercios online. No basta s\u00f3lo con vender, hay que hacer mucho m\u00e1s. Hay que dedicar esfuerzos al servicio post venta, a seguir vendiendo, a mejorar, a ganar una buena reputaci\u00f3n de marca, a fidelizar a los clientes y muchas otras cosas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Crear un negocio en Internet es gratis. No lo es. Generalmente suele tener muchos menores costes que otros negocios, pero tanto como coste cero no tiene.
