Hay un conjunto de barreras que influyen negativamente en el consumidor online, a saber:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><br \/>\n1- Probar y tocar.<\/strong> El 69% de los consumidores que no compran online prefiere poder tocar y examinar el producto antes de comprarlo. Las tiendas online tendr\u00edan que \u00a0ofrecer todos los recursos posibles al potencial cliente como fotos en alta calidad, fotos de los detalles de los productos, la posibilidad de poder explorar el producto en detalle&#8230;etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n2- Los\u00a0 gastos de env\u00edo.<\/strong> Muchos usuarios de las tiendas online abandonan antes de pagar al a\u00f1adirse al precio los gastos de env\u00edo. \u00a0Una soluci\u00f3n pasa por <a href=\"http:\/\/www.urbecom.com\/blog\/gastos-de-envio-gratis-si-o-no\/\" target=\"_blank\">no cobrar los gastos de env\u00edo<\/a> a partir de cierta cantidad de dinero o bien que el precio de los gastos de env\u00edo sea muy visible siempre.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>3- Los dise\u00f1os de las tiendas online.<\/strong> M\u00e1s del 65% de los carritos de las tiendas online se dejan antes de pagar. \u00a0Para solucionarlo se deben ofrecer dise\u00f1os atractivos y que den confianza. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.urbecom.com\"><strong>Urbecom.com es el \u00fanico sistema<\/strong><\/a> de creaci\u00f3n de tiendas online que ofrece dise\u00f1o personalizado actual y atractivo sin utilizaci\u00f3n de plantillas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>4- La atenci\u00f3n al cliente.<\/strong> El 90% de las p\u00e1ginas ofrece un correo electr\u00f3nico o formulario para ponerse en contacto, pero\u00a0 solo el 34% dispone de \u00a0un tel\u00e9fono de ayuda. \u00a0Los chats online con respuestas inmediatas o un tel\u00e9fono ayudan a combatir este fallo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>5- La protecci\u00f3n de datos.<\/strong> Los espa\u00f1oles son bastante reacios a compartir sus datos personales, y m\u00e1s si es online. Por ello, los procesos de registro deben requerir lo m\u00ednimo imprescindible para hacer la compra.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>6- Devoluci\u00f3n o cambio.<\/strong> En muchas ocasiones \u00a0veces el proceso es largo y complicado e incluso puede llevar a que el consumidor tenga que abonar los gastos de env\u00edo de la devoluci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>7- El m-commerce.<\/strong> Los dispositivos m\u00f3viles cada vez tienen m\u00e1s presencia en la red de Internet, y el m-commerce (comercio electr\u00f3nico a trav\u00e9s de dispositivos m\u00f3viles) aumenta d\u00eda a d\u00eda, no obstante solo el 60% de las tiendas online en Espa\u00f1a est\u00e1n optimizadas para tel\u00e9fonos m\u00f3viles.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>8- Entregas y retrasos.<\/strong> La log\u00edstica es la segunda \u00a0causa de reclamaci\u00f3n por parte de clientes de los comercios online. Se debe cumplir lo que se promete en las entregas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>9- \u00bfC\u00f3mo pagar?<\/strong> El pago con tarjetas de cr\u00e9dito\/d\u00e9bito sigue siendo el m\u00e9todo preferido de los espa\u00f1oles, seguido del PayPal, el pago contrareembolso y las transferencias bancarias. Se deben ofrecer todo tipo de formas de pago.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>10- La amenaza viene de fuera<\/strong>. Los negocios online espa\u00f1oles deben espabilar pues no solo compiten con el resto de comercios espa\u00f1oles sino que tambi\u00e9n lo hacen con todos los que hay en Internet a lo largo del mundo.
