En relaci\u00f3n a los resultados del a\u00f1o anterior, el perfil antes descrito aumenta \u00a0y asienta como el comprador online tipo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cuanto a las Comunidades Aut\u00f3nomas <strong>donde m\u00e1s compras online se llevan a cabo<\/strong>, Madrid (27%) y Catalu\u00f1a (24,7%) sobresalen sobre el resto toda vez que suman m\u00e1s de la mitad del mercado en Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el apartado de\u00a0 los dispositivos usados en el e-commerce, los ordenadores o port\u00e1tiles han reducido su importancia, situ\u00e1ndose \u00a0en un 57,8% frente al 63% del a\u00f1o anterior. <strong>La compra a trav\u00e9s de tablets son las que m\u00e1s han aumentado<\/strong> durante este \u00faltimo curso, llegando a una cota del 16,2% frente al anterior 12,6%.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, la Smart TV \u00a0ha crecido como dispositivo para el uso del comercio electr\u00f3nico. En tanto que\u00a0 el a\u00f1o pasado se colocaba en el 1,9%, actualmente ya es usada por el 2,6%. Por \u00faltimo, <strong>los smartphones, utilizados antes por el 22,5%, ahora crecen<\/strong> hasta llegar al 23,4% de las compras.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otra parte, este estudio aborda\u00a0 la valoraci\u00f3n que realizan los usuarios de este tipo de compras, y el<strong> 64,5% de los espa\u00f1oles afirma sentirse satisfecho o muy satisfecho<\/strong> con las compras hechas, teniendo casi la mitad de la muestra (49,2%) <a href=\"http:\/\/www.urbecom.com\/blog\/formas-de-incitar-a-la-compra-en-tu-tienda-online\/\">intenci\u00f3n de volver a repetir en el mismo e-commerce.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed, m\u00e1s del 80% de los consumidores asegura recibir la informaci\u00f3n precisa para la decisi\u00f3n de compra, rondando el 90% quienes consideran que es f\u00e1cil realizarla. En relaci\u00f3n a la b\u00fasqueda de informaci\u00f3n, <strong>el 69% de los compradores contin\u00faa visitando los diferentes comparadores de precios que hay en Internet frente al 13,1% que utiliza varios buscadores.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, para resolver las dudas y las reclamaciones, los canales tradicionales como el tel\u00e9fono o el email <strong>contin\u00faan siendo los favoritos para el servicio de postventa<\/strong>, acudiendo a ellos el 91,7% de los usuarios. Sin embargo, sobresale el ascenso de las redes sociales respecto a 2013, situ\u00e1ndose en un 7,1% hoy en d\u00eda.
