{"id":7902,"date":"2016-02-14T02:35:55","date_gmt":"2016-02-14T07:35:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.urbecom.com\/blog\/?p=7902"},"modified":"2016-10-27T02:56:20","modified_gmt":"2016-10-27T07:56:20","slug":"las-guerras-de-sexo-en-el-ecommerce","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.urbecom.com\/blog\/las-guerras-de-sexo-en-el-ecommerce\/","title":{"rendered":"Las Guerras de Sexo en el Ecommerce"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Los h\u00e1bitos de compra en una <strong>tienda online<\/strong> de hombres y mujeres en el\u00a0 d\u00eda a d\u00eda son muy diferentes, adem\u00e1s con el paso del tiempo y la llegada de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas <strong>estas diferencias se han mantenido e incluso en algunos casos se han incrementado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">El <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Tuecommerce?src=hash\">comercio electr\u00f3nico<\/a> demuestra que la tendencia de compra entre <strong>hombres y mujeres sigue todav\u00eda unos estereotipos muy marcados<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">En <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.urbecom.com\">UrbeCom<\/a><\/strong> hemos analizado varios informes sobre el comportamiento \u00a0de hombres y mujeres en los procesos de compra online, obteniendo varios resultados, que a continuaci\u00f3n exponemos:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Una de las conclusiones que podemos obtener, <strong>es que los hombres\u00a0 son los que m\u00e1s compran en tiendas online<\/strong>, gastando estos,\u00a0 m\u00e1s dinero en la red que las mujeres.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Los hombres compran el doble de productos tecnol\u00f3gicos que las mujeres<\/strong>, compran m\u00e1s y con mayor frecuencia por internet y adem\u00e1s tienden a vender los objetos que no les sirven. <strong>Las mujeres, sin embargo, est\u00e1n m\u00e1s satisfechas con sus compras<\/strong>, le siguen dando bastante relevancia a los mercadillos y prefieren regalar los objetos que no les sirven<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Si tenemos en cuenta los h\u00e1bitos, <strong>ellas suelen comprar centr\u00e1ndose en necesidades futuras<\/strong> pero, aunque son m\u00e1s impulsivas cuando toman decisiones de compra.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">En cambio, <strong>los hombres son m\u00e1s reflexivos, aunque no son muy previsores<\/strong> y adquieren los productos que necesitan de manera inmediata.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Antes de comprar un producto en una tienda virtual,<strong> las mujeres utilizan chats, foros y opiniones de otros clientes<\/strong>. <strong>Los hombres, por su parte, tienden a buscar descripciones detalladas del producto<\/strong>, como fichas del mismo y comparativas de prestaciones.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">En cuanto al proceso de compra online, <strong>el g\u00e9nero femenino valora m\u00e1s una buena experiencia<\/strong> y la posibilidad de compartir su adquisici\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de las redes sociales. <strong>Los hombres, en cambio le dan mayor valor a la facilidad a la hora de pagar online<\/strong> y comprar de manera sencilla.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0Por ultimo en lo que se refiere\u00a0al <strong>ecommerce<\/strong>, <strong>las mujeres aprecian especialmente la seguridad y las ofertas personalizadas<\/strong>, mientras que <strong>los chicos valoran especialmente el precio<\/strong> y la claridad en los costes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">En el comercio online, tambi\u00e9n se da la \u201c<strong>guerra de sexos<\/strong>\u201d, as\u00ed que quiz\u00e1 estar\u00eda bien plantearse, <strong>\u00bfqui\u00e9nes son tus clientes ellas o ellos?<\/strong>.\u00a0 Y de igual manera saber d\u00f3nde se encuentran, \u00bfno?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los h\u00e1bitos de compra en una tienda online de hombres y mujeres en el\u00a0 d\u00eda a d\u00eda son muy diferentes, adem\u00e1s con el paso del tiempo y la llegada de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas estas diferencias se han mantenido e incluso en algunos casos se han incrementado.
