Hay que tener mucho cuidado, s\u00f3lo hay una delgada l\u00ednea entre ambos.<\/p>\n<p>Pero bueno, no te eches las manos a la cabeza. Lo hecho, hecho est\u00e1, y ahora hay que solucionarlo. Para ello, \u00a1sigue estos pasos!<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Identifica a los usuarios inactivos<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00a1Atenci\u00f3n! Un cliente puede no leer tus e-mails marketing, tus newsletter, pero puede ser muy activo en otro canal (Facebook, por ejemplo). No lo atosigues, es un cliente valioso. <strong>Identifica aquellos que han dejado de escuchar a tu marca por todos los medios.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> \u00bfQu\u00e9 pas\u00f3? \u00bfCu\u00e1l es el problema?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Estudia el problema por el que esos usuarios han dejado de prestarte atenci\u00f3n. Puede que tu ciclo de env\u00edo para ellos sea muy seguido, puede que no les interesen tus productos, que tengas que intensificar las ofertas&#8230; <strong>Intenta identificar los diferentes problemas, buscar soluciones y agruparlos en diferentes estrat\u00e9gicas. Se creativo, usa encuestas, mira datos\u2026<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> \u00a1Capta su atenci\u00f3n!<br \/>\n<\/strong>Ahora ya los conoces, sabes quienes son y por qu\u00e9 te dejaron de seguir, ahora dales lo que buscan, <strong>\u00a1<\/strong>llama su atenci\u00f3n! <strong>No olvides que ya te han dejado de seguir una vez, expl\u00edcales porqu\u00e9 te tienen que empezar a seguir\/usar de nuevo.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Prev\u00e9 las respuestas<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Normalmente, no van a empezar a seguirte de nuevo en el primer mail, no van a hacer clic directamente tan f\u00e1cil.
